- The cardinals of the catholic-willelmitian Church can be of any sex and they can be choosed also from laical status, as happened also into the Roman Church till the beginning of the last Century. They will have the treatment of prince and princess of the blood. Only the Matriarch of the West can nominate her cardinals. They are organized in a cardinal college.
- The cardinals have four ranks:
- laicals,
- diacons,
- priests
- bishops.
