The Holy Matriarchal See has 715 years. On the beginning it was born as a congregation of pontifical right in Milan, Italy (around 1260) and then, on April 10th 1300, it became a scismatic church respect to the Roman catholic church of pope Boniface VIII. The citizens of Milan, people so open mind who elected in their main cathedral a woman pope on 1300, didn't want to found a scismatic church. They lost their battle of legittimity of their pope Maifreda against the pope Boniface VIII and so they became scismatics in front of the history, also if they considered pope Maifreda the legittim roman catholic pope. It was only a problem of points of view. So it is not a true scismatic church respect to the roman catholic church.
In any case, the papacy of Maifreda was recorded and notarized in Milan nine days after her proclamation, on April 19th 1300, by two official notaries.

The model of the popess in this picture is Bianca Maria Visconti.
Bianca was a great follower of Guglielma of Boemia and Maifreda da Pirovano. Infact we have a fresco in Brunate (Como, Italy) with Bianca, where she represent as model Guglielma of Boemia. The whole family Visconti and then Sforza family of Milan were great followers of Guglielma of Boemia. Leonardo da Vinci was a follower, too. The famous family Este of Ferrara were followers and nowadays the banker Raffaele Mattioli was a follower of Guglielma of Boemia.
